This Fulton County resolution is intended to protect the natural areas of the Hill Country and ensure responsibly planned, economic, and social growth. It applies to all properties located in that portion of south Fulton County bordered to the west by the Chattahoochee River, to the south by Coweta County, and to the east by Cascade-Palmetto Hwy (SR 154), except as noted in Section 12J.7.
