Adopt-A-Mile Committee

The Adopt-A-Mile committee held its first meeting on April 14, 2008. Committee chair Molcie Trimble facilitated a discussion which resulted in a committee mission statement and recommended activities.

Committee members shown in the photo above examine a tool crafted by member Alton Powell for picking up trash.

The mission of the Adopt-a-Mile committee is to decrease the amount of litter and dumping in the Chattahoochee Hill Country through education and fines.

To learn more about this committee or to volunteer to adopt-a-mile, contact info@chatthills.org and we will connect you to Molcie Trimble.
